Recipe: No Bake Energy Bites

In my quest to be healthy and avoid junk food, I’ve been searching Pinterest for recipes that are both easy and healthy. This includes snacks, too!

A few weeks ago, the owner of Pure Fitness had some she had made some Protein Bites and I tried them. I couldn’t believe they were healthy AND I liked them! {I didn’t include the Chia Seeds in this recipe. It was my first with Flax Seed, so I was easing into it.}

I found a great recipe on Pinterest from this cute blog called Gimme Some Oven, except these are no bake, so I didn’t have to use the oven. The ingredients were inexpensive and the batch made about 24 (teaspoon size) bites.

They are easy, healthy, gluten free and even my kids loved them! I’ll probably make a batch of these every week!
